SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The City of Lake Ozark is offering for sale the following surplus equipment for sale to the highest and best bidder. Property will be divided by lots, with each vehicle or piece of equipment as a separate lot. A list of lots and specific surplus items are available on the city web site at cityoflakeozark.net., or at city hall. Bids will be opened at the June 10th Board of Aldermen meeting.

The Board of Aldermen may select from each lot proposals the highest and best bidder, or may reject all bids on each lot. All bids must be received at city hall (located at 2624 Bagnell Dam Blvd) by June 9th by 5:00 p.m or if mailed, postmarked no later than June 6, 2008. Each bid must be clearly marked: City of Lake surplus equipment lot __(identifying the specific lot bid on). Each bid to be considered must include the offered price, and a contact number for notification of selection.

If selected as the successful bidder, payment must be made at city hall and the equipment purchased must be picked up within five days of notification, unless other terms and conditions are agreed to by the city administrator prior to award of bid.

All property is sold in as is condition and will be available for viewing beginning June 2 at 8:00 pm to noon June 6, 2008 at the City of Lake Ozark police department, or otherwise by appt.
